Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms apply to all video production services provided by Simon Dietrich, including real video production, AI-generated video content and hybrid formats.

2. Services

The scope of services is defined individually in the respective offer or agreement. Any additional services require written confirmation.

3. Payment Terms

• A 50% deposit is due upon booking and is non-refundable.

• The remaining balance is payable after final approval of the project.

• All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

4. Revisions

The number of revision rounds is defined in the respective offer. Additional revisions may be charged separately.

5. Usage Rights

Usage rights are granted project-based upon full payment.
Any further use requires separate agreement.

6. Liability

The provider is only liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. Liability for indirect damages or loss of profit is excluded unless mandatory by law.

7. Final Provisions

German law applies.
Place of jurisdiction is Munich, Germany, if legally permissible.
